Disbanding :(

Board Game “debuted” on February 9, 2018. We officially disbanded the group on January 21, 2019, due to schedule conflicts for the upcoming showcase. Eunsoo will be in Korea on the date of the showcase, leaving a hole in our formations. The other members tried to pull together a new song to do with just 3 members, but we found out much too late that the showcase would be sooner than we thought. It would be unrealistic to complete an entirely new song in just under a month, so we all met up and decided that it would be best to disband. We may all dance together again, but the likelihood of another public performance will be slim. Our member, Danni, proposed the idea of instead of completely ‘disbanding’ she could sing in the showcase, and Julie and Prestyn do a dance together.

Julie and I started thinking of potential songs that we could possibly learn and perform in under a month and we came to a conclusion of a song that they already partially knew: “Tomorrow, Today” by JJ Project. We both quickly started practiced twice a week for up to 4 hours after school. We would often experience schedule conflicts due to work but make it up on another day or an off hour. Unfortunately, the spring showcase just recently got canceled. Julie and I stopped practicing for the showcase, but we each practice our own songs and other songs that we enjoy dancing to together.
